James Horace Payne 
James Horace was born on October 3rd, 1888 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 James Horace's father was James Madison Payne and his mother was Allie Jane Russell. His paternal grandparents were William Latham Payne and Letha Whitson. He had four brothers and five sisters, named John W., Mack M., George Herbert, McKinley, Nila, Daisy Jane, Leota, Maude Lou and Living. He died at the age of 90 on November 7th, 1978.1 -
