Rollo was born in 0846 in Maer, Norway.¹ Rollo's father was Rognwald Of More and his mother was Ragnhild Hrolfsdottir. His paternal grandparents were Eystein Ivarsson and Aseda Of Jutland; his maternal grandfather was Hrolf Nefja. He had two brothers named Eynar and Torf. He died at the age of 85 in 0931.¹
