Otho I was born in 0912.¹ Otho I's father was Henry I Of Germany and his mother was Matilda Of Ringleheim. His paternal grandparents were Otho I Of Saxony and Edith Of Germany; his maternal grandparents were Dietrich Of Ringleheim and Reinhildis Ludmilla. He had a brother and two sisters, named Henry I, Gerberga and Hawise. He died at the age of 61 in 0973.¹
