Thomas Figures was born in 1787 in ,,NC.¹ Thomas Figures' father was Reuben Norfleet and his mother was Mary Figures. His paternal grandparents were Marmaduke (Junior) Norfleet and Eliza Gordon. He had a brother and two sisters, named John, Rebecca and Mary Gordon. He had three half-brothers named Marmaduke, James and Richard. He died at the age of 51 in 1838 in Of, Bertie, NC.¹
