Amos Valentine NOAKES

Amos Valentine was born on February 14th, 1864 in Phelps Co., Missouri.¹   Amos Valentine's father was Andrew Jackson NOAKES and his mother was Rachel Erwin. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Elijah, Andrew Jackson, Francis, Ballard, Samuel, Benjamin, Ellen, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Martha and Margaret. He had seven half-brothers and a half-sister, named Nathan, Garrett, John, Thomas, William, Elias, George and Mary Ann.  He died at the age of 82 on February 3rd, 1947 in Newburg, Phelps, Missouri.  He was buried on February 6th, 1947 in Mt. Zion Cem., Vida, Phelps, Missouri.^1 1
