McKinney Mullins 
McKinney was born in September 1868 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 McKinney's father was Joshua Mullins and his mother was Elizabeth Arnold. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Mullins and Susannah Light. He had four brothers and a sister, named Thomas, William, John, Flower and Mary. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 67 in 1935.1 -
