Isaac W. Mercer

Isaac W. was born about 1868 in ,Washington, Missouri.¹   Isaac W.'s father was Isaac Mercer and his mother was Susan O. Hill. He had a brother and seven sisters, named Jonas M., Sarah Jane, Catherine, Mary G., Elizabeth, Susan Zillah, Laura P. and Margaret L..  He was the second youngest of the nine children.
