Lura A. McCulley

Lura A. was born on February 7th, 1887 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.¹ Lura A.'s father was George F. McCulley and her mother was Sarah Amanda Lady. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel McCulley and Juletta Shipley; her maternal grandparents were George Washington Lady and Anise G. Poore. She had two brothers named Samuel F. and James N.. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 75 on October 29th, 1962.¹
