Francis Smythe McCartney

Francis Smythe was born on August 29th, 1880 in Louisville, Jefferson, Kentucky.¹ Francis Smythe's father was Joseph Clifton McCartney and his mother was Mary Frances Perry. His maternal grandparents were Ransom Bailey Perry and Patience Smith. He had three brothers named Lee Grant, Oliver Perry and Wilborn Stuart. He was the youngest of the four children. He had two half-sisters named Eulemma Florentine and Emma Florence. He died at the age of 1 on July 22nd, 1882 in Louisville, Jefferson, Kentucky.¹
