Fleming Mays

Fleming was born in 1796 in ,,Virginia.¹ Fleming's father was Beverly Mays and his mother was Sarah Stubblefield. His paternal grandparents were William Mays and Sara Smith; his maternal grandparents were George Stubblefield and Keziah. He had three brothers named William, Beverly and Christopher. He was the second youngest of the four children.
