Felty Devault Massengill 
Felty Devault was born in 1815 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.1 Felty Devault's father was Henry Massengill and his mother was Elizabeth Emmert. His paternal grandparents were Henry Massengill and Mary Cobb. He had two brothers named John and Joseph. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William, Michael, James, Alice, Lucretia and Susan. He died at the age of 79 in 1894.1 -
