His paternal grandparents were Hugh IX De Lusignan and Mathilde TAILLEFER; his maternal grandparents were Aymer De TAILLEFER and Alix De Courtenay. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Hugh XI De, Guy De, Guillaume De, Aymer Ademar De, Alice, Agatha Agnes De, Isabella De and Marguerite De. He died before July 1263.1 General Notes
