Julia F. was born on April 25th, 1852 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Julia F.'s father was George Maxwell Long and her mother was Rebecca Tucker. Her paternal grandparents were John Long and Sarah Ball; her maternal grandparents were Williamson Tucker and Margaret Feagins. She had five brothers and four sisters, named William, Branch Tucker, Robert J., John R., G. B., Sarah, Margaret T., Martha Jane and Patty T.. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children.-
