Preston Lawson 
Preston was born in 1832 in Rogersville, Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Preston's father was Preston Lawson and his mother was Malinda Willis. His paternal grandparents were William Lawson and Sarah Hinton; his maternal grandparents were John Willis and Willis. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Calvin, Calloway Hodge, William, Senter, John, Henry, Verne, Rowena, Winifred, Lucinda, Minerva Ann and Sarah. He was the seventh oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 32 in 1864 in ,,Mississippi.1 -
