John Larkins 
John was born about 1762 in ,Botecourt, Virginia.1 John's father was Henry Mark Larkins and his mother was Jane Newton. His paternal grandparents were William Larkins and Jane. He had five brothers and six sisters, named David, James, Thomas, Henry, Matthew, Mary, Elizabeth, Sarah, Margaret, Nancy and Jane. He was the second oldest of the twelve children.
