William Edgar Landau 
William Edgar was born on July 3rd, 1886 in Decatur Co., KS.1 William Edgar's father was William Landau and his mother was Nancy Caroline French. His paternal grandparents were Johannes Charis Fredrick Landau and Rosine Dorothia Marie Lambrecht; his maternal grandparents were Daniel Isgrig French and Mary Augusta Alexander. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Wayne Orvile, Byron Daniel, Rell Frederick, Earl French, "Dora" Marie Dorthea, Susan Estella, Neva Blanche and Nina Lucille. He died at the age of 76 on July 14th, 1962 in Denver CO.1 General Notes

Frequently smoked cigars. Was actively trying to rework the
Holland mine, outside Central City CO, when he had a stroke. The
ball mill he had constructed was later sold by family members.
He had an affair and a son with a woman in Central City. He was
employed by the Denver Dry Goods Company in 1947. (same timeas
