Hugh Klepper

Hugh was born in 1877 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹ Hugh's father was Benjamin Klepper and his mother was Mary H. Davis. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Klepper and Mary Loudermilch. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Riley, Arthur, David, Nancy A., Cornelia Or Neely, America, Mary and Cora. He was the third youngest of the nine children.
