Kinchen Killebrew 
Kinchen was born in 1757 in Halifax County, North Carolina.1 Kinchen's father was Wiggins Killebrew and his mother was Hannah Alsobrook. His paternal grandparents were William Killebrew and Sarah Thompson; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Alsobrook and Joan Howell. He had three brothers and a sister, named William, John C., Clark and Lucy. He was the third oldest of the five children.-
