Daniel Kettering 
Daniel was born in 1773 in VA.1 Daniel's father was John Michael Kettering and his mother was Mary Margaret Marguard. His paternal grandparents were Johann Balthasar Kettenring and Anna Margaretha Zimmer. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Michael, John, Henry, Peter, Christian, Frederick, Mary, Kettering, Elizabeth, Valentine and Mary Magdalene. He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 74 in 1847.1 -
