Henry Skelt(er) was born in 1863 in TN.1 Henry Skelt(er)'s father was Conrad Keitel and his mother was Cynthia Wheeler. His paternal grandfather was Keitel; his maternal grandparents were Wheeler and Wilkie. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Jasper, John, Charlie, Emma, Lizzie and Ophelia.
