James Edward Jackson

James Edward was born in July 1881 in Edgar Springs, Phelps, Missouri.¹   James Edward's father was Francis Minet (Frank) Jackson and his mother was Sarah Jane Christian.  His paternal grandparents were William P. Jackson and Jinny Sally; his maternal grandparents were Obed M. Christian and Rachel UNKNOWN. He had a brother and a sister, named John H. and Amanda E..  He was the youngest of the three children. He had four half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Francis M., William Andrew, George W., Lewis\Louis A., Mary Adill, Lucy Emma, Sarah Josephine and Martha Isabel.
