William Isgrigg

William was born about 1848 in ,Washington, Missouri.¹   William's father was Matison Isgrigg and his mother was Christina Harper.  His paternal grandparents were Henry Isgrigg and Sarah Lemon. He had two brothers and six sisters, named John W., George W., Margaret, Phoebe, Mary, Eliza, Mahala and Emily.  He was the second oldest of the nine children.
