Mary Ellen Isgrigg

Mary Ellen was born on September 20th, 1834 in ,Jefferson, Missouri.¹   Mary Ellen's father was Jesse H. Isgrigg and her mother was Jane Johnston.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry Isgrigg and Sarah Lemon. She had a brother and four sisters, named Henry L., Elizabeth, Nancy, Sarah and Martha A..  She was the second oldest of the six children.
