Mahala Isgrigg

Mahala was born about 1858 in ,Washington, Missouri.¹   Mahala's father was Matison Isgrigg and her mother was Christina Harper.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry Isgrigg and Sarah Lemon. She had three brothers and five sisters, named William, John W., George W., Margaret, Phoebe, Mary, Eliza and Emily.  She was the third youngest of the nine children.
