William H. Hulsey

William H. was born on February 22nd, 1852 in Hulsey, Washington, Missouri.¹   William H.'s father was William Henry Hulsey and his mother was Elizabeth V. Horine. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Charles Leroy, Benjamin Francis, James Milan, John Gano, Alexander Washington, Eli Walls, Sarah Elizabeth, Susan Elizabeth, Florence Ann and Frances Perlina.  He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children.
