James Milan Hulsey

James Milan was born on February 14th, 1838 in Hulsey, Washington, Missouri.¹   James Milan's father was William Henry Hulsey and his mother was Elizabeth V. Horine. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Charles Leroy, Benjamin Francis, John Gano, William H., Alexander Washington, Eli Walls, Sarah Elizabeth, Susan Elizabeth, Florence Ann and Frances Perlina.  He was the third oldest of the eleven children.
