Robert C. Horner

Robert C. was born in 1865 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Robert C.'s father was Ewell H. Horner and his mother was Mary Ann. He had three brothers named William M., Thomas J. and Gaines.  He was the second youngest of the four children.
