Ann Holmes

Ann was born about 1712 in Edgecombe County, N. C..¹ Ann's father was John Holmes and her mother was Tamar Bird. Her paternal grandparents were John Edward Holmes and Elizabeth. She had four brothers and five sisters, named John, Hardy, Edward, Gabriel, Charity, Rose, Beatrice, Dorothy and Mary.
