John C. Hogwood

John C. was born in 1846 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   John C.'s father was George Hagood and his mother was Rachel Thrasher.  His maternal grandfather was Isaac Thrasher. He had three brothers and a sister, named Robert, James F., Isaac A. and Sarah C..  He was the oldest of the five children.
