David Fleming Hicks 
David Fleming was born in 1857 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.1 David Fleming's father was Wesley Fletcher Hicks and his mother was Caroline Green Fitch. His paternal grandparents were James George Hicks and Mary Magdalene Kettering; his maternal grandparents were Henry Fitch and Mary Green. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Samuel Patton, Thomas Hugh, John Wesley, Walter D., Mack Lynn, James Mitchell, Nancy Jane, Mary Angelina and Ella Ruth. He had a half-brother named William Henry. He died at the age of 69 in 1926.1 -
