Frances Hibler 
Frances was born in 1801 in ,Bourbon, Kentucky.1 Frances' father was Daniel Hibler and her mother was Jane. Her paternal grandparents were William Hibler and Ann. She had six brothers and two sisters, named John James, Samuel M., Isaac, Andrew J., William, Daniel, Mary Or Polly and Susannah. She was the third oldest of the nine children.
