Matilda Hathersage

Matilda was born about 1217 in Of North Lees Hall, Derby, England.¹   Matilda's father was Matthew Hathersage and her mother was Emma De Meinill.  Her paternal grandfather was Matthew Hathersage; her maternal grandparents were Robert Meinill and Agnes. She had a brother and a sister, named Matthew and Cecelia.  She was the second oldest of the three children.
