William Hand

William was born in 1860 in ,,Virginia.¹   William's father was Thomas Hand and his mother was Catherine. He had three sisters named Mary E., Sarah A. and Eliza Jane.  He was the youngest of the four children. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Thomas, Elizabeth, Jane and Cordelia.
