Allie Ann was born on October 6th, 1876 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Allie Ann's father was Hezekiah Davis Hamblen and her mother was Sarah Elizabeth Payne. Her maternal grandparents were William Latham Payne and Letha Whitson. She had a brother and three sisters, named James Deaderick, Mary Jane, Laura and Harriet. She was the third oldest of the five children.-
