Joseph Greer 
Joseph was born on December 30th, 1792 in Franklin County, VA.1 Joseph's father was Martin Greer and his mother was Mary Wright. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Greer and Rachel Lowe; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Wright and Elizabeth Kemo. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Benjamin, Green Berry, James W., William, Elizabeth and Nancy. He died at the age of 79 in 1871 in Lafayette County, MO.1
