John Arthur Gloriod

John Arthur was born on December 5th, 1881 in Richwoods, Washington, Missouri.¹   John Arthur's father was Alexis Gloriod and his mother was Josephine Bourbon.  His paternal grandparents were Francis Gloriod and Janette Zessevi; his maternal grandparents were John Bourbon and Alexis Mulan. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Alexand, Francis Albert, Estelle and Mary.  He was the youngest of the five children.
