Thomas Jr. was born in October 1639 in Nether Heyford, North Hampton Co., England.1 Thomas Jr.'s father was Thomas Sr. French. He was an only child. He died at the age of 60 in 1699 in Rancocas, Burlington Co., NJ.1 General Notes

Children were baptised in Church of England. Wife and 9 children
(4 sons and 5daughters). He settled on a tract of 600 acres
located on the banks of the Rancocas, 4 miles from Burlington.
Settled in NJ with William Penn. Improved land and 2000 acres of
unimproved land.
