Rose "Rosy" Franklin

Rose "Rosy" was born in November 1882 in ,Washington, Missouri.¹   Rose "Rosy"'s father was James B. Franklin and her mother was Eliza Isgrigg.  Her maternal grandparents were Matison Isgrigg and Christina Harper. She had three brothers and four sisters, named James M., Michael "Mike", Edward, Allie S., Mary Frances "Fanny", Ida Bell and Edith.  She was the third oldest of the eight children.
