John Fitz Alan

John was born in 1387.¹ John's father was John Fitz Alan and his mother was Elizabeth Despenser. His paternal grandparents were John Fitz Alan and Eleanor Maltravers; his maternal grandfather was Edward Despenser. He had two brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Edmund and Margaret. He died at the age of 34 in 1421.¹
