Frank Fisher 
Frank was born in 1862 in ,Bourbon, Kentucky.1 Frank's father was Thomas M. Fisher and his mother was Emaline Barton. His paternal grandparents were James Howard Fisher and Sarah Jane Howard; his maternal grandparents were Abraham Or Abram Barton and Catharine Cumbers. He had a brother and five sisters, named James H., Nancy B., Maude E., Adella, Edna and Lida Lee. He was the oldest of the seven children.-
