Perry Allen was born on January 15th, 1842 in ,,Georgia.1 Perry Allen's father was Bird Dugger Fields and his mother was Sarah McLain. His paternal grandparents were Obadiah Fields and Avis Smith. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Lafayette, George W., Henry R., Lydia Ann and Hiley J.. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 79 on June 15th, 1921 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 -
