Garland A. Fansler 
Garland A. was born in April 1893.1 Garland A.'s father was David R. Fansler and his mother was Matilda Sams. His paternal grandparents were George W. Fansler and Elizabeth Anderson. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Marvin C., David R., Goldie, Mary Clevie, Bess and Matilda. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 73 in 1966.1 -
