Marie Emma Erwin

Marie Emma was born on June 13th, 1881 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.¹   Marie Emma's father was John Erwin and her mother was Minerva Jane Smith.  Her paternal grandparents were David Erwin and Sarah Hawley; her maternal grandparents were Martin Smith and Sarah A.. She had three brothers and three sisters, named James Edgar, Devreau Erwin, John Walter, Effie P., Olenia and Sarah Angie.  She was the third youngest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 81 on June 23rd, 1962.¹
