Susannah Dykes 
Susannah was born in 1818 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Susannah's father was John Netherland Dykes and her mother was Susannah Robertson. Her paternal grandparents were William Dykes and Susannah Lankford. She had seven brothers and a sister, named Joseph, William, Henry, James, John Netherland, Thomas, Isham and Mary. She was the second youngest of the nine children.-
