Sarah Dykes 
Sarah was born in 1831 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Sarah's father was William Dykes and her mother was Annis. Her paternal grandparents were John Netherland Dykes and Susannah Robertson. She had five brothers and four sisters, named John, Joseph, Thomas, Abram, Jesse R., Anna, Melinda, Mary and Jane. She was the third oldest of the ten children.-
