John Dykes 
John was born on December 15th, 1814 in Warren County, TN.1 John's father was Isham Dykes and his mother was Prudence Choate. His paternal grandparents were William Dykes and Susannah Lankford. He had two brothers and nine sisters, named Isham, Eulitia, Temperance, Celia, Jemima, Mary, Rebecca, Susan, Malinda, Nancy and Prudence. He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 47 on March 16th, 1862.1 -
