Cordelia Dykes

Cordelia was born in 1873 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹ Cordelia's father was Riley D. Dykes and her mother was Rutha Ann Christian. Her paternal grandparents were John Netherland Dykes and Juda Morelock. She had two brothers and a sister, named Samuel, Isham and Anita. She was the oldest of the four children.
