Joseph Duclos

Joseph was born in 1858 in Johnson Twp., Washington Co., Missouri.¹   Joseph's father was Paul Duclos and his mother was Sarah "Sally" Garrett.  His paternal grandparents were Alexander Duclos and Judith Dufour; his maternal grandparents were UNKNOWN Garrett and Mahala Hamilton. He had five brothers and four sisters, named William, George, Thomas, Godfrey, Stephen, Martha, Mary, Sarah C. and Julia E..  He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He had two half-brothers named Paul Stephen and John Alexander.
