General Andrew Duclos 
General Andrew was born about 1852 in Washington Co., Missouri.1 General Andrew's father was Francis DeClue and his mother was Sarah "Sally" Jackson. His maternal grandparents were William P. Jackson and Jinny Sally. He had four brothers and five sisters, named John F., Francis, Godfrey, Joseph Henry, Mary J., Martha, Julia A., Sarah and Susan. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children.
