Joseph H. DeClue 
Joseph H. was born on June 14th, 1862 in Washington Co., Missouri.1 Joseph H.'s father was John F. DeClue and his mother was Nancy Smith. His paternal grandparents were Francis DeClue and Sarah "Sally" Jackson; his maternal grandparents were John E. Smith and Eliza UNKNOWN. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Francis M., John James, George Thomas, Andrew J., William A., Martha J., Ada C. and Nancy A.. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 51 on January 26th, 1914 in Washington Co., Missouri. He was buried in January 1914 in DeClue Cemetery, Washington Co., Missouri.1 1 -
